Asccidental Death & Compensation: (Income Tax Return Required)

Asccidental Death & Compensation:
(Income Tax Return Required)
If a person has an accidental death and the person was filing income tax returns for the last three years, then the government is obliged to give ten times the average annual income of the last three years to that person's family.
Yes, you will be surprised by this, but this is the right government rule, for example if someone's annual income is 4 lakh 5 lakhs and six lakhs in the second and third years respectively, its average income ten times five lakhs means five million rupees family of that person is entitled to receive from the government.
In the absence of much information people do not take this claim with the government.
The lack of that is there can not be, but if money is so close may be the future smoothly.
If it has not filed returns for three consecutive years, it is not so that the family will not get the money but in such a case the government takes a half lakh rupees, but if the return has been filed continuously for three consecutive years, It is believed to be stronger and it is believed that the person who had died was a regular anniversary of his family and if he lived he would be in the next ten years for his family. Man earns ten times the revenue that it could be raised from the well of your family.
People with all services and are regular earners, but many people do not file returns, due to which neither the company withdraws the money bitten by the government nor becomes a part of the benefits it receives.
Here quickly found our many partner / brother Accidental left us in death, but lack of information the family received no economic benefits.
